Drop in your résumé. I will work out what you do, then start checking what is actually open.
About a minute. No setup, no API keys.
Change anything that is off. You can edit it later too.
Two more questions later, salary floor and whether you would take contract work, but only when they would change what I show you.
I search several ways at once, then open every posting to check it is real.
Usually 30 to 60 seconds.
Six worth a look. Two are strong.
Nothing new this morning.
None of them cleared your bar. Nineteen you have already seen, eight were off-field, four were too junior.
I check every morning at 7. A quiet day means I looked and found nothing worth your evening, which is the job working.
Worth a look at the search itself.
That usually means the search is drawn too tight rather than that nothing is out there.
Or leave it exactly as it is. A narrow search that stays quiet is still doing its job, and I will keep checking every morning either way.
Nine applications. Two moving.
Tracked automatically. You never fill anything in.
I remember the whole hunt, word for word.

Every choice here teaches me what to send you next.
Mevotech, HR & Payroll Administrator. Here is what I would say about you, and the one thing I cannot back up.
HR & Payroll Administrator at Mevotech
Dear Hiring Manager,
I have spent the last six years running biweekly payroll for roughly 500 staff, taking the full cycle from timesheet validation through to year-end reconciliation and T4 filing.
Your posting asks for someone who can hold payroll and HR administration together. That is already how I work: benefits enrolment, onboarding paperwork and employment verification have sat alongside payroll on my desk since 2023, and I rebuilt the payroll process end to end when we changed providers.
Two things I should be straight about. I do not hold the PCP designation yet, though I am enrolled and expect to finish next year. My systems experience is Ceridian rather than SAP. The underlying work is the same in either environment, parallel runs, GL mapping and statutory remittance, and I would expect the platform itself to take a few weeks rather than a few months.
Mevotech has grown its Ontario operation considerably over the past two years, which usually means payroll complexity arriving faster than headcount to handle it. That is the part of the job I am good at.
I would welcome the chance to talk it through.
Nikolai
Nothing is sent anywhere. You download it and apply yourself, which is the only way you know what went out under your name.
Nine rejected, fifteen I never got to. Here is every one.
I stopped after checking 20. These were found but never opened, so I cannot tell you whether they are real.
This is the whole point. Anyone can hand you 35 links. Knowing which are real is the work.
Where should I tell you when one turns up?
To send alerts, this has to live on your Home Screen. It takes about ten seconds.
A digest every morning at 7, plus an alert straight away for anything scoring above 75. Nothing on a quiet day.
